Step I - Fill up the online accommodation form
Step II - Give your hotel choices and room requirement.
Step III - Upon making payments through credit cards you shall
receive an automated
acknowledgment via email. Please inform us in case you do not
receive this
email within 24hrs after your payments are done.
For those who opt for MANUAL ACCOMMODATION BOOKING through
form download
Step I - Download the accommodation form & send the duly filled form
to Plan it! by Creative Travel the Official Conference Managers &
Travel Coordinators with payment of one night room tariff plus
service tax @ 4.12% through demand draft.
Step II - You shall receive an email of confirmation with in a week,
as soon as the correct form along with payments is received by us.
